Terri Dawson

   Terri is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and is the owner of Florida Investors. She is responsible for all the cash management, marketing activities, sales, and closings with widespread experience in contract negotiation, financial structuring, business planning, budgeting, and value-added activities. Terri’s experience is extensive in all aspects of property management, ranging from negotiating leases to construction management of entire buildings. Prior to the real estate industry, Terri worked in the commercial lending division of the banking industry. While being ultra detail oriented and used to wearing several hats at one time, she is a firm believer in honesty and fair play. She expects the same honesty and fair play from her associates, affiliates, professionals, and subcontractors in her employ. Terri has actively marketed and negotiated contracts that sold more than $24,000,000 of investor owned property in 2004. After mortgage payoff and closing expenses, she returned more than $19,000,000 to the investors. Moreover, $23,000,000 of investor owned property has been sold through June 30, 2005. 

Michael Dawson

   Michael has been married to Terri since July of 1975. He worked thirty years in the automotive industry and is now retired and acts as the Project Manager for the Florida Investors construction projects. Mike has a great eye for detail and believes in a hands on approach to the family business. His diligence and great working relationship with his subcontractors ensures quality from concept to completion.

Christopher Dawson

   Christopher, Mike and Terri’s son, is a Florida State certified contractor. He received his contractors license while still attending college in 2000 at 24 years old. Chris acts as the contractor for Florida Investors projects and maintains his day job in civil engineering at Banks Engineering, a premier Florida engineering firm, where he has been employed for the past eight years. 

Michael Edward Dawson

   Michael is the youngest of the Dawson family members and is a Senior at Mariner High School. He is employed in the School-Work Cooperative by Banks Engineering as an engineering draftsman.

Harold and Eileen Dawson

   Harold and Eileen, Mike’s parents, handle the day-to-day maintenance issues.  Harold personally performs or oversees repairs and maintenance issues while Eileen directs the quality control department.
